The father of a three-year-old boy who died while waiting to see a doctor at Birmingham Children’s Hospital wants answers.
Muawia Mohammed said his son Basil did not receive urgent care.
The boy suffered from a rare syndrome that can lead to kidney or liver failure in young children.
He had been waiting to be seen by a doctor in A&E when he died in Mr Mohammed's arms.
Birmingham Children's Hospital says it is carrying out a full investigation into the circumstances and will work with Basil's family throughout the review.
Lamby broke her leg when she was a few days old and is getting around with the help of a wheeled walking frame.

Two 86-year-old men have appeared in court charged over historic abuse at a boys' school in Worcestershire.
David Burns, of Kings Grove, Cambridge, faces 30 charges including assaulting, ill-treating, neglecting or abandoning a child in the 1960s and 70s.
Vincent Rochford, of King’s Grove, Longniddry, East Lothian, faces two charges including assaulting, ill-treating, neglecting or abandoning a boy in the 1960s.
Both were granted unconditional bail and will appear at Birmingham Crown Court on 19 December.
The school in question, St Gilbert's in Hartlebury, no longer exists.
