Police have made an arrest after two "very young children" were found in the street by themselves in Telford earlier today.
It took them over an hour to locate their family and the arrest was made "on suspicion of child neglect".
Social services are currently looking after the children.

A former pottery in Stoke-on-Trent's going to see more artists working on the site as it's redeveloped.
The site in Elenora Street had been largely unused since Spode went into administration in 2008.
Since 2015, parts of the site have been kept by the city council and re-used by more than 40 artists in studios.
Now, the authority's agreed to further expansion of the Spode Works with 12 more studios to be created for more than 30 artists., external

Plans to change how much people pay to park their cars across Shropshire have been approved by councillors.
Some members of Shropshire Council had suggested the plans be deferred, but today its cabinet committee voted to move ahead.
The plans involve charging people later into the evening in Shrewsbury and Ludlow and a new pricing structure which will make some stays more expensive, but others will become cheaper.
Shropshire Council said its main aim was to reduce congestion in town centres.

A lorry driver's died after a crash involving a bus.
Warwickshire Police said it happened on the A439 Warwick Road, Stratford-upon Avon, external at about 13:45 near to the Fisherman's car park.
The ambulance service says the lorry driver, a man in his 30s, was confirmed dead at the scene., external
A spokesperson said the bus driver, a man thought to be in his 50s, was trapped and had to be cut free before being taken to hospital.

A business owner from Worcestershire's started legal action against travel company Jet2holidays after saying a pool collision left him in a neck brace.
Graham Hyde, 44, claims a "15-stone lad" dive-bombed on to his head at the hotel in Barcelona in June, while he was there celebrating his wedding anniversary.
He says he still experiences pain and stiffness months later and claims he's been ignored by the package holiday firm.
A spokeswoman for Jet2holidays says they're investigating his claim but can't comment further due to the ongoing legal action.

Two men, both in hooded tops, went into the shop on Tolladine Road last night say police, and one demanded cash from the till while the other took bottles of vodka.
The two robbers then made off on foot.

A Worcestershire councillor has resigned from the Conservative Party after complaints he retweeted an Adolf Hitler joke.
Matt Snape, a Wychavon District Councillor for Evesham South, external, posted a statement on Facebook saying he had promoted the tweet , externalas a comment on "left-wing bullying".
But he admitted his "journalism and politics conflicted with each other" although he didn't regret "supporting the message behind the poor tweet".
Mr Snape said he would remain as an independent councillor until May 2019.
Following a "spike" in burglary, robbery and vehicle crime, police in Coventry are launching "a week of action".
The aim is to offer reassurance to communities across Coventry and put across the message that "crime will not be tolerated".
Det Ch Insp Tony Bennett, from Coventry Police, said: "We don’t underestimate the impact such crimes can have on our communities which is why we have launched this dedicated week of action.
"We will have a significant amount of resources committed to targeting and catching suspected robbers, burglars and vehicle thieves and making our neighbourhoods safer."

One of the original vehicles that launched Land Rover at the Amsterdam Motor Show in 1947 was found in a back garden in Birmingham.
It's now being restored by JLR which has announced that for the first time it is going to restore Land Rover Defenders which are no longer made.

A member of the public found the small animal at Asda in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield, on Saturday evening, and contacted the RSPCA.
Insp Kate Levesley collected the guinea pig and took him to a vet where he was checked over.
"It would seem that whoever abandoned him had just decided to give up and dump him," she said.
"It is really sad that someone thought this was acceptable."
The guinea pig is now in the RSPCA's care.

A man's appeared in court charged with the murder of a woman in Hereford.
Julie Clark, 59, was found stabbed to death at her home on Highmore Street on 9 January.
Jason Nellist, 40, from Nicholson Court, will next appear at Birmingham Crown Court on 9 March.

Wolves travel to Swansea in the third round replay in the FA cup.
Wolves are 10 points clear in the Championship and have defender Danny Batth back from suspension but Ruben Vinagre is banned after being sent off in the first tie between the sides at Molineux which ended 0-0.
The winners of the tie will face Notts County.
Swansea have won just one of their last 12 meetings with Wolves in all competitions (drew five, lost six), with the last three meetings all ending in draws, but Wolves have been eliminated in four of their last five FA Cup replays, including each of the last three.
