A Herefordshire family says they feel abandoned by their council after being snowed in since Tuesday.
They live on Hegdon Hill near Pencombe where snowploughs have struggled to clear roads blocked by snowdrifts up to eight feet (2.4m) high.

A nightclub in Birmingham city centre has had its licence revoked after a man was slashed in the face after a mass brawl in January.
The city council had ordered Prisma on Bristol Street to shut temporarily after violent disorder broke out on Sunday, 28 January.
Now the authority has ruled it will stay shut for the foreseeable future after their licensing sub-committee moved for the license to be revoked at a hearing last month.
The 26-year-old man who was cut across the face outside the club was later discharged from hospital.
Footage from inside the club – widely circulated on social media – showed what was thought to be a gun and a knife brandished amid a mass fight.
The owners had put a statement to the council pledging they'd improve security and now have 21 days to appeal against the decision.
