A man has been charged in connection with the case of a vulnerable mystery man who was found lost in Hereford in November 2015 - talking with an American accent.
The unusual discovery was made in a Hereford bus station car park and tests showed he had dementia. While in hospital, the elderly man, who had no ID, gave his name once only - Roger Curry.
West Mercia Police says he is believed to be in his 70s.
Simon Hayes, 52, of Hendale, Taunton - arrested in April 2016 - is charged with three counts of fraud and another of perverting the course of justice.

Stoke-on-Trent lorry driver David Wagstaff was jailed for three years and four months for his role in the crash on the M1 that killed eight people on a minibus last August.
He was cleared of causing death by dangerous driving, but had previously admitted eight counts of the lesser charge of causing death by careless driving.
In sentencing, Judge Francis Sheridan said Wagstaff had "between nine and 11 seconds to see the vehicles ahead" and had been "distracted" by using his phone, despite it being on bluetooth.
"You took no action whatsoever because you weren't concentrating on what was in front of you, they were there to be seen and you didn't see them," the judge said.
However, he acknowledged his good driving record, remorse and guilty plea.
Investigations into a crash which killed six people in December are continuing, West Midlands Police said.
Among those who died were taxi driver Imtiaz Mohammed, 33, and his two passengers Lucy Davis, 43, and Lee Jenkins, 42.
Kasar Jehangir, 25, Tauqeer Hussain, 26, and Mohammed Fahsha, 30, who were travelling in an Audi, were also killed in the three-car-crash on Belgrave Middleway in Birmingham city centre on 17 December.
A petition with more than 28,000 signatures demanding safety measures at the scene of a crash was handed to the city council last month.

Read MoreIn sentencing lorry driver Ryszard Masierak for the crash that killed eight people on the M1 last year, Judge Francis Sheridan said he had sought to blame "everyone and everybody" except himself.
"In short, you are a persistent, unmitigated, if not very accomplished, liar," he said.
The judge went on to say Masierak had shown "no remorse" and that there was "no mitigation" in his case.
The railway line between Ledbury and Hereford is expected to remain blocked until Sunday morning, West Midlands Railway says.
The line was closed this morning following a safety inspection.
The train operator says Network Rail staff discovered some "severely damaged timber" on the line at Ledbury, which needed to be replaced before trains could run.
The timber reportedly needs to be custom made, meaning it will take several days to be installed.
