A mother who drove her daughter to Spain for life-saving surgery says her condition is deteriorating now she's back home because the NHS won't fund her treatment.
Antonia Payne Cheney, 21, from Eckington, suffers from Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, which affects connective tissue.
She went to Barcelona for brain and spinal surgery two months ago because doctors here said they could only offer her palliative care, her family said.

Quote MessageWe have to get these medications because some of them are to stop her having seizures, at the moment I have two days of that medication left. It's a large cost to buy it and also her pain medication, her pain causes her to have seizures, those two things need to be addressed urgently and the only way to do that is to purchase it.
