Head teachers across Worcestershire have urged parents to support their campaign for fairer funding for schools.
The Worcestershire Association of Secondary Heads is calling on parents to write to their local MPs and ask for more money.
They say the National Funding Formula means funding per pupil in Worcestershire is £887 less than in Birmingham.
The group says many head teachers will march to Downing Street on 28 September calling for change.
The Department for Education says funding will be at its "highest ever level", reaching £43.5bn by 2020.

Plans for a new £11m firefighter training centre in Cheshire are set to be submitted this month., external
The county's fire service says it will be designed to test crews in all types of scenarios - from chemical spills to motorway crashes.
It says, as firefighters are now called to fewer incidents, the centre will make sure they are always prepared for whatever may happen.
If the plans are approved, building work in Winsford could start next March.

A man's pleaded guilty to several food hygiene offences at a fast food restaurant which a council says led to a serious outbreak of salmonella.
Walsall Council says it visited the Blakenall One Call Peri Peri site in July 2017, external after receiving several complaints of suspected food poisoning alleged to be connected to food from the outlet.
It says testing of samples and swabs taken from the shop showed harmful levels of salmonella bacteria were present and matched the strain from hospital and patient samples.
The former owner, Muhammed Abdul Moueed Khan, pleaded guilty to six food hygiene breaches at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court.
The 30-year-old, from West Bromwich Road, Walsall, had his case sent to the crown court for a committal hearing.

Trains between Shrewsbury and Crewe are being delayed this evening due to a fault with the level crossing barriers between the stations.
National Rail Enquiries says some services could be delayed by up to 90 minutes and disruption's expected until at least 19:30., external
There's also a speed restriction over defective track between Oxford and Worcester Shrub Hill which is causing delays of up to an hour and services are being delayed at Telford due to trespassers on the line.
A man has died and a second left seriously injured after a car hit two pedestrians in Nuneaton today.
One of the pedestrians was confirmed dead at the scene, after the crash in Ansley Road, Stockingford, shortly after 10:30.
A second man was taken to hospital suffering serious injuries.
The driver of the car, a man believed to be in his 50s, appeared to have avoided serious injury but was taken to hospital for further assessment, the ambulance service said.
Network Rail engineers are "working around the clock to recover the train and repair any damage ".
