Five days of debate are taking place ahead of a vote next Tuesday evening.
The deal negotiated by the UK and the EU has to be backed by a majority of MPs if it is to come into force.

West Midlands Police said one car was pulled over on Belgrave Middleway and officers found two machetes and cash.

A Worcester nightclub owner was found guilty earlier of offering to supply cocaine.
At Warwick Crown Court yesterday, Darren Pinches, 52, had been cleared of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old inside Bushwackers on New Year's Day 2017, and cleared of administering a substance with intent to overpower.
He was also cleared of supplying cocaine but found guilty of possessing the drug.
Pinches is due to be sentenced before Christmas.

A man has appeared in court accused of a number of modern slavery offences.
Ermal Lushaj, 33, from Abbey Street, Rugby, is charged with three counts of arranging or facilitating the travel of another person with a view to exploitation; three counts of holding a person in slavery or servitude; and one count of assault.
Warwickshire Police said he was arrested after officers visited a house on Abbey Street and a car wash last month.
Mr Lushaj was remanded in custody to re-appear at Warwick Crown Court on 3 January.

The county's police and crime commissioner David Keane agreed in April to pay for the high-definition cameras.
The force says 1,600 officers are wearing them.
Courses to prepare people for terrorist incidents and other disasters will start at the University of Wolverhampton's Telford campus next September.
It says the BSc in Emergency and Disaster Management is aimed at people wanting a career in the emergency services, military, local government or health and aid agencies.
The university has been running a masters course in emergency planning for the last six years.
