Another arrest's been made as Staffordshire Police continue their investigation into trouble at Port Vale's game with Stoke City on Tuesday night.
A 41-year-old man handed himself in this afternoon and has been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.
A developer who tried to build 12 small homes without permission on a secluded plot of land in Birmingham, and then pass them off as private gyms, has been told to stop.
Birmingham City Council said the single story brick buildings were sandwiched between properties on Springcroft Road and Lyncroft Road in Hall Green.
Last year inspectors found that the outbuildings had water and electricity connections, insulated floors and walls, plastering and double glazed windows and doors.
The owner claimed that they were to be used as gyms with showers for each of the homes, but when a council officer returned the following month they found they were being used as living accommodation.
This week councillors were asked to approve plans to finish off the building work, on the basis they would only be used for storage, but they turned the application down, with councillor Gareth Moore noting, “This application does have a chequered planning history and there is a history of not complying with previous planning permission".
The applicant’s full name has not been disclosed and their planning consultant was approached for a comment.

A decision on the future of a Worcester nightclub will be made on Monday, following police concerns.
Worcester City councillors met on Tuesday to review the licence of Alexanders in New Street, but because there wasn't time to go through all the evidence, no decision was reached.
West Mercia Police believes the licence holder is failing to do enough to prevent crime and disorder and promote public safety and the protection of children.
Owner Alexander Fell previously said he was “dismayed” to hear the police had requested a review.
A petition calling for the overturning of a decision to release the Worcester triple child-killer David McGreavy has been signed by nearly 5,000 people.
The 67-year-old has been in prison for 45 years and a parole board report says he has "changed considerably" in that time.
The 1930s venue is back under the control of the council who is keen to support a driverless project.

A residential caravan site for gypsies and travellers is to be created on Green Belt land in Brandon, Warwickshire.
Ten pitches and two amenity blocks will be built on Brandon Lane, alongside an existing site known as Bryants Bungalow which has 13 pitches.
Brandon and Bretford Parish Council had objected to the plan saying it would be a "very significant" expansion of an already large site.
But Rugby Borough Council planning committee voted in favour, saying there was a lack of suitable alternatives.

West Midlands UKIP MEP Jill Seymour has stepped down as the party's transport spokesperson in protest at its "changing direction".
But unlike a number of high profile figures, including former leaders Nigel Farage and Paul Nuttall, the Shropshire-based politician has decided to remain a member of the party.
Mrs Seymour said "over the past few months the party has moved away from our core beliefs" and went on to say leader Gerard Batten’s "decision to stand by controversial figures was causing unrest".
She also said UKIP had missed an opportunity to be "the most prominent Brexit party" during the current debate over the terms in which the UK would leave the EU.

Read MoreShropshire Council says none of its staff are being forced to take part in its "work-from-home Fridays", but if the initiative continues to prove popular, it might end up shutting its main offices to save running costs.
The authority says the move, which invites staff to leave the office at 15:00 on a Friday and work from home instead, will save £20m a year. On the last Friday of each month, staff are permitted to spend the whole day working from home.
The UNISON union has raised health and safety concerns, saying not all homes will be suitable as work places. But council chief executive Clive Wright said the move was met favourably when it launched last week.
He said that if staff continued to stay at home, the council would open smaller offices instead of the main section of Shirehall in Shrewsbury.
Quote MessageNobody is being made to work at home, it's a choice. We tried this last Friday for the first time and more than half of our staff chose to work at home, more than twice as many as usual. That's saving them money travelling in and we know they can work more efficiently."

In the last few minutes Bromsgrove sailor Susie Goodall's Twitter account has said she is on board the ship sent to rescue her.
Earlier the operation hit a snag because she couldn't pull her stricken yacht alongside the cargo ship and the sea was too rough for it to launch a rescue boat.
