Stoke City manager Nathan Jones has got a shortlist of players he wants to sign this summer.
He said "We are pretty much nailed on in who we want in every position that we are looking to strengthen" and explained he and his team had identified four potential players for each.
Jones said he expected around a dozen players to arrive and leave in the off-season, but wouldn't say if any of his targets play for his old club, Luton.

Oil and sediment has been flushed into the River Arrow by yesterday's water main burst in Redditch, the Environment Agency says.
It says its "monitoring for any environmental impacts" and working to prevent it from spreading.

Worcestershire have been set a target of 338 to beat Somerset in their 50-over One-Day Cup match at New Road.
The Somerset wicketkeeper Tom Banton scored 112 runs off 103 balls and there were three wickets each for Worcestershire's Wayne Parnell and Patrick Brown.

The first passenger train has travelled on the newly electrified railway line from Walsall to Rugeley Trent Valley.
Rail minister Andrew Jones was among those to take the Chase Line trip following the £100m electrification of the route.

Birmingham City Women's boss Marta Tejedor has been named as the manager of the month for April.
Tejedor joined Blues in January and guided the club to three wins last month.
They're currently fourth in the Premier League, with one game of the regular season, against Yeovil tomorrow, to play.

A Wolverhampton businessman, accused of murdering his second wife and offering another man money to kill his first, has denied involvement in their deaths.
Gurpreet Singh is accused of the murder of Sarbjit Kaur and soliciting the murder of Amandeep Kaur.
Asked if he'd offered £20,000 to have his first wife, Amandeep Kaur, killed, he said "no sir."
She died of a brain haemorrhage in Punjab, India, in 2014, the court previously heard.
The 43-year-old's second wife Sarbjit Kaur was found dead at the couple's home in Rookery Lane in February last year.
He told the jury at Birmingham Crown Court today he loved his wife and she loved him.
The case continues.
Four teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of throwing breeze blocks through a window in a "botched" burglary attempt, police say.
Officers were alerted to the incident at an address in Momus Boulevard, in the Stoke area of Coventry just after 15:00 on Thursday.
It's understood the teenagers scaled a rear gate before smashing a patio window in an attempt to enter the property.
After fleeing the scene in a vehicle, a boy aged 17, two 16-year-olds and another aged 15 were arrested after being stopped by officers nearby.
They remain in police custody on suspicion of burglary.
The Kinoculture theatre in Oswestry provided a showing of the latest film from Shropshire film-maker Andy Evans last night.
Speaking at the event Mr Evans, born and brought up in St Martins, said he tries to offer actors roles they're not used to playing and actor Gerard Butler, used to starring in action films, jumped at the chance to play a lighthouse keeper in The Vanishing.
Evans says he's also been working on an "over-60s cheerleading comedy" with Diane Keaton and a "Hitchcockian thriller" with Dame Judi Dench and wants to bring some Hollywood stars with him next time he visits the county.
He said he got into the movie-making business through his children and started with a black and white film about Dylan Thomas, which starred Elijah Wood.

A scheme to reduce the number of ambulances called to deal with falls at home is being trialled.
Cases in north Staffordshire judged to be 'less-serious' will be referred to a team from the Royal Stoke Hospital who will then go out and carry out an assessment.
The team can then refer the patient on if necessary and administer treatment if it's needed, leaving ambulances to deal with high-risk calls instead.
Plans to merge two health commissioning bodies have been backed by Shropshire Council.
Yesterday, the leader of Telford and Wrekin Council criticised the proposals, saying they would "fleece" the people in his borough, but Shropshire Council said "a streamlined approach would deliver improved health and wellbeing outcomes".
The Conservative-run authority called it a "refreshing and positive change" and added the public expects their taxes to be used wisely and efficiently.

Three people have been arrested after an attack in Leamington Spa which left a man with "extremely serious injuries".
Police were called to a flat at Baxter Court on Monday evening. The 37-year-old victim is said to be in a stable condition in hospital.

A Wolves fan is cycling to the club's final match of the season in Liverpool on Sunday to help fund a dementia charity.
Manny Kang will set off in the early hours to ride a 100 mile route from Molineux to Anfield.
His initial target was to raise £5,000 for Dementia UK, but after the support of fellow fans and the club he's close to raising £25,000.
He said he's been "overwhelmed" by the support.
