    A street in a town centre remains sealed off this afternoon with a murder inquiry under way after a man was found dead.

    The 32-year-old was found unresponsive in Dawley High Street, Telford, on Boxing Day and West Mercia Police are treating his death as "unexplained".

    Two men have been arrested on suspicion of murder.

    The street remains taped off from the Flying Fish Restaurant all the way down to the Co-op and people are not being allowed near the Talbot Inn.

    A man and woman have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after another man was found stabbed in Birmingham.

    Officers were called to the Camp Hill Industrial Estate and the 37-year-old victim was taken to hospital in a critical condition, West Midlands Police said.

    They believe he was involved in a disturbance about 25 minutes earlier at an address on Priestley Road, Sparkbrook.

    The 65-year-old man and 60-year-old woman were arrested there and are still in custody.

    The force says it's treating it as a domestic-related case.

    Season ticket holders on services run by West Midlands Trains will be offered discounts from January after months of disruption.

    Passengers on both West Midlands Railway and London Northwestern Railway have seen delays, cancellations and overcrowding over the past few months.

    The operator blamed a new timetable introduced in May, which it claims is too complex.

    Passengers using weekly, monthly and annual season tickets will be offered a 3% cut in the cost, which the firm claims will offset the annual 2.8% rise in national fares from 2 January. , external

    West Midlands Trains says the timetable will also be simplified in May and it'll offer other passengers a summer ticket promotion.

    Earlier this week, West Midlands mayor Andy Street said he'd ask the government to strip the operator of the franchise , externalif it didn't restore a reliable service by 31 January.

    The 18-year-old man suffered life-changing injuries, West Mercia Police said, external, after the attack this morning in St John Street, Wellington.

    The 24-year-old man they've arrested is still in custody.

    Oscar Saxelby-Lee, from Worcester, had stem-cell treatment in the UK, but tests showed cancer was still present.

    He flew to Asia with his parents for CAR-T therapy, with the help of £500,000 raised to pay for it through crowdfunding.

    His mother Olivia Saxelby said the treatment, which is not available on the NHS, was specifically developed for individual patients.

    "It feels surreal, but it also feels like nothing has changed because we just haven't seen a difference yet and we don't know what's happening. It's really tough," she said.
