Aston Villa head coach Dean Smith says one good performance or even one bit of luck could turn their season around again.
They dropped into the bottom three in the Premier League after last weekend's defeat by Southampton, making their Boxing Day game against Norwich appear all the more significant.
Smith feels for much of the season so far they were doing reasonably well and things have really only gone awry over the last four games.
Quote MessageWe've probably gone away from that a little bit over the last few weeks and it's something that we need to, and we've been working on, to turn around and it doesn't take an awful lot. It takes one performance, one result, sometimes one fortunate bounce of the ball and it's still a positive enough camp. But we've been disappointed with our performances."
