People living near a hospital in the West Midlands say inconsiderate parking on their streets by visitors and staff could affect their safety.
Residents on Byron Street, Tennyson Street, and Milton Street told the Local Democracy Reporting Service they have had enough with the problems from being near to Russell's Hall Hospital, Dudley.
Brian Grainger (pictured) is one of them and said it is not fair for the neighbourhood.
"Often cars are so badly parked, emergency vehicles cant get through and it undermines our safety," he said.
The issue is a "long-standing problem" councillor Judy Foster said, and while lines have been put down on the roads, she says people keep parking just outside them.
Karen Shakespeare, the councillor responsible for public realm issues in the borough, said they are aware of the ongoing issue.
"We will continue to monitor requests for further restrictions but we also have to bear in mind further restrictions may also affect residents and their visitors," she added.

A great-grandfather is preparing to complete his rollerskating charity fundraiser.
John Wilcock, from Warwick, had not skated for around 70 years but was inspired to raise money by Marcus Rashford's free school meals campaign and Captain Sir Tom Moore.
Initially hoping to raise £500, his fundraising total now stands at just over £38,000 and his new goal is to raise £50,000 before completing the challenge on 1 December.
In September John was awarded joint Fundraiser of the Year at FareShare’s Volunteer Awards.
FareShare’s commercial director Alyson Walsh said: “John’s grit and determination are truly inspirational."
Mr Wilcock said: “I am pleased for myself, I am pleased for FareShare, I am pleased for my supporters and I am pleased that together we have been able to help ease the pressure on some families and children facing hard times.”
