The organisers of Taunton Flower Show are cancelling this year's event due to the Covid-19 lockdown.
The show will be 190 years old next year marking its 170 years of being held at Vivary Park in the centre of Taunton.
Chairman Adrian Prior-Sankey said: "We want to make sure that as soon as we can be out and about again we will put plans in place for a great celebration in 2021."
Anyone who has bought tickets can get a full refund or carry them over to next year.
The couple say they have spoken with other Britons who are also uncertain when they will go home.

Husband and wife team, Faruk and Shilpi Choudhury, are cooking an array of Indian dishes.
Volunteers are then delivering the food to staff at the BRI.
So far they have fed everyone from cardiologist to cleaners.
Faruk, the former Lord mayor of Bristol, said: “We are all in this together and feeling happy.”

Renishaw, in Wotton-under-Edge, is part of a group of businesses from across the aerospace, automotive and medical sectors to come together to work on the project.
Companies in the consortium have now received formal orders from the government for more than 10,000 ventilators and production will start this week.
Renishaw, which also has sites in Stone, Staffordshire and Miskin, Wales, is part of the The VentilatorChallengeUK Consortium, which also includes Airbus, Rolls Royce and several UK-based Formula One teams.
“I am proud that Renishaw is part of a consortium that will be supplying ventilators to the UK’s National Health Service as part of a global effort to increase the supply of this vital equipment," said its chief executive Will Lee.

Coach drivers are using their skills to help ambulance crews get people home when they're ready to leave hospital.
Bristol firm Bakers Dolphin teamed up with private ambulance service Bristol Ambulance to secure work for its drivers during the coronavirus lockdown.
Initially 10 drivers were needed but that soon doubled and "more are being asked for each day" Amanda Harrington from Bakers Dolphin said.
The drivers are not working on emergency call outs and have to go through a rigorous health and safety training regime before being allowed out on shift.
Aaron Keeler, 33, who has worked for Bakers Dolphin for 18 months said: "We're just trying our best to help the NHS and it keeps us employed.
"I speak for myself and 19 colleagues by saying how proud we are of our NHS and Bristol Ambulance for all the hard work they are doing."
The local firm has a fleet of about 80-100 vehicles and has been operating for 130 years.

A teenager has received a treat – with a special video message about his favourite hippos.
Thomas Manning, 17, of Swindon, “adores” hippos so much he makes monthly visits to them in local zoos and safari parks.
Now in lockdown and unable to visit, Thomas, who has autism, received this message from West Midland Safari Park.
His mum, Kelly Manning, said: “I asked West Midland if they could help, and he received the most beautiful video message.
“His face lit up so much it made me cry.
“I wanted to share that while there is so much going on, some amazing people are willing to take the time to make someone smile.”
Three women were arrested after separate incidents in which officers were "spat on, coughed at and physically attacked".
