    It's going to be a familiar sight across Somerset for many motorists this morning.

    Network Rail is now saying the line between Taunton and Exeter will be closed until at least midday.

    A local flood warden has told BBC Radio Somerset that the road between Martock and the A303 interchange is totally impassable, and there's about 2ft of standing water.

    Flood signs have been activated but motorists are still trying to get through.

    Elsewhere the A37 is blocked at Chilthorne Domer.

    In Wiltshire, the railway line between Salisbury and Southampton is closed.

    In Bristol, strong winds have meant the M48 Severn Bridge has been closed in both directions.

    The diversion is over the newer Prince of Wales bridge.

    We're also hearing the A358 Langport Road in Somerset is closed at the junction with the A378 Stoneyhead.
