This morning I interviewed an amazing singer-songwriter Emily Maguire, who today is visiting the Eating Disorders Service at Addenbrooke's Hospital to show how music can help people with mental health problems.
Emily was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was a patient at Fulbourn Hospital in Cambridge in 1998.
She told me: "The last time I was sectioned in a hospital they let me keep my guitar and we sang endless Bob Marley songs.
"The effect the music was having on the people there - I'm very passionate about music for mental health and how beneficial it can be."
She'll also be playing for staff and patients at Fulbourn Hospital later and the Cavell Centre in Peterborough tomorrow.
You can listen to my interview with her and hear her play by visiting the following link.

"The facts are at no point did we agree a fee with any football club for Luke Berry and the facts are that we turned down four bids for Luke Berry, and that's it."
Those are the words of Cambridge United chief executive Jez George, clarifying that the 24-year-old midfielder is going nowhere.
He had been heavily linked with a move to Hibernian this summer.
He came through the youth ranks at Cambridge and has made 237 appearances in all competitions, scoring 59 times in two spells at the club.

In case you've missed it, there's some sad news to bring you from the Cambridge United camp.
Less than two years after breaking into the U's first team, goalkeeper Will Norris has joined Wolverhampton Wanderers for an undisclosed fee.
He's one of the most highly rated young goalkeepers in English football and has raised his profile with a number of penalty saves, including two in one match against Accrington last October.
Jez George, the club's chief executive, said: "While we're disappointed he leaves us on the pitch, it's a fantastic opportunity for him and we've secured a really good deal for the club."
The transfer fee, while undisclosed, is understood to be the highest the U's have received in 17 years.
With Dimitar Mitov now the only goalkeeper on the books, manager Shaun Derry looks set to dip into the transfer market ahead of the start of the new season.
Have a listen to some of Norris's best moments...

Highways England told me this was because the surface had "deteriorated".
However, it doesn't believe a hole has caused the problems.
