  1. MP 'disgusted' at pay-off for health bosspublished at 08:46

    Mid Derbyshire MP Pauline Latham (pictured) says she's disgusted at a payout given to a healthcare boss, after it was found he had bullied a colleague.

    An employment tribunal accepted that the head of HR Helen Marks was forced out of her job with Derbyshire's Mental Health Trust by its then chairman Alan Baines and chief executive, Professor Steven Trenchard. 

    Baines resigned, and Professor Trenchard was suspended on full pay of £90,000 for seven months. 

    When he resigned he was paid off with £75,000.
