    A fire at a derelict golf club in Craythorne Road in Stretton has been put out this afternoon by crews from Burton and Lichfield.

    A Staffordshire Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said it's thought to have been started deliberately.

    Edale Mountain Rescue Team duty leader Steve Rowe said a system exists to allow staff to text a missing person and they can click on a link which gives their location.

    But he said this was the first he'd heard of a 'Selfie rescue'. "They've used modern technology. Quite a lot of people get into trouble because they rely on technology, but this couple were able to use their mobile phone and photos for their benefit."
