Two other men, Andy Sami Star, 31, who owns a chip shop in Chesterfield, and 22-year-old Farhad Salah, from Sheffield, have previously been charged with terrorism offences and remain in custody.

Derby's Market Hall will close tomorrow after reports there'll be winds of up to 80mph.
The building in Derby's Market Place is currently having glass panels on its roof repaired and the city council fears they may come loose as Storm Eleanor hits.
It said it will review the weather conditions and the roof on Thursday to assess whether it can reopen.
"This decision has not been taken lightly. The council apologises for any inconvenience this may cause and the short notice, but public safety has to be our first priority," the authority said.
A van driver has been warned he may go to prison after a crash near Brougham on the A66 in which a lorry driver was seriously injured.
At Carlisle Crown Court today, Chey Clark, 24, of Coronation Drive, South Normanton, Alfreton, in Derbyshire, admitted causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He was driving a Vauxhall Vivaro that collided with a heavy goods vehicle driven by Mark Bowcock early on 9 February last year.
Recorder Julie Clemitson adjourned the case until she had a probation service assessment of Clark and up-to-date medical information about the other driver's condition.
Clark was given an interim driving ban, and told the length of his ban would be fixed on 30 January when he will return to face sentence.

A council is looking to spend £1.6m on a new sexual health clinic.
Leicester City Council wants to put the clinic in an unused unit at the Haymarket Shopping Centre.
Deputy city mayor Adam Clarke said: "What we are looking to do is take up a unit that has long been empty and turn it into something positive.
"What we have there is a unit that retail aren't attracted by, but will provide an excellent location for our new sexual health clinic that will replace the St Peter's clinic into a more affordable and accessible clinic."

Four-time Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton has suggested adding Donington Park to the sport's calendar would be a welcome challenge.
An ill-fated attempt to bring the British Grand Prix to the Leicestershire-based circuit failed a decade ago, with the race staying at Silverstone.
In an interview with the BBC, in which he was asked about track specifications, Hamilton expressed his "love" for driving at Donington.
"The Old Hairpin was a nightmare," he added. "You have to come off the brakes and run the speed in, use the downforce.
"Then up the hill and the second right-hander before the back straight [Coppice]. You can't even see the white line.
"Finding the limit there, that corner is way harder than all the corners in F1. That's the sort of corner F1 is missing. If we had that back in F1, it would bring another level to the challenge."
Donington staged the European Grand Prix in 1993, a race won by Ayrton Senna.

A pioneer of the farrier industry has admitted being left speechless after being awarded an MBE in the New Year's Honours.
Doug Bradbury, 80, from Clay Cross, has spent his life training apprentices as blacksmiths and was seen as a pioneer of the travelling farrier, bringing services direct to farms and riding schools.
His work also saw him achieve the highest qualification in the profession - a Fellow of the Worshipful Company of Farriers in 1986.
Having been told about his MBE, Mr Bradbury, said: "I couldn't speak.
"I never expected it, it is just something I've done and people have noticed. I was shaking, I still am".
He also created the UK Horseshoeing Museum, which is based above his forge.
