Former England defender on BBC OneHarry Maguire's emergence as an integral part of the England team has been one of the stories of this World Cup, but I am not surprised it has happened for him here in Russia.

Local Democracy ReporterHundreds of new student flats could be built in Nottingham over four different sites.
Next week, planning bosses at Nottingham City Council will vote on four different student accommodation schemes, which between them would see almost 800 new flats built over the coming months. All are expected to be approved.
Image source, AXIS ArchitectureThe largest of the schemes is a 12-storey building with 462 bedrooms, on Waterway Street West, near the Vat and Fiddle pub. The building would range from five stories high to 12 stories high, which the Nottingham Civic Society has said is "far too tall".
A second, unrelated scheme is on Station Street where the old job centre was. Developers are set to build 323 new student flats here along with a gym, reception area and coffee shop. Unusually, the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has raised concerns about the development, because part of the new building would overlook the Crown Court.
Image source, GoogleA third development would involve the demolition of a single-storey flat roofed furniture store on Huntingdon Street. Planning permission was granted for 86 flats on the site, but developers have now come back and asked for additional permissions to be granted. The city archaeologist has said supervision of construction will be needed due to the potential that there could be medieval remains.
The fourth is a smaller scheme for 23 apartments on Gregory Street.

Following a discussion with the police, NET has said trams from Hucknall and Phoenix Park will turn at the Royal Centre whilst services from Toton Lane and Clifton South will run as far as the Railway Station.

A man has died after a van and a lorry collided yesterday.
Warwickshire Police said, external it was called to Siskin Parkway on Middlemarch Industrial Estate, Coventry, at about 22:50.
The driver of the van, a 37-year-old man from Leicester, was taken to hospital where he died.
His family are being supported by specially trained officers.
The driver of the lorry was unhurt.
Officers are asking for anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have dashcam footage, to come forward.

BBC NewsThere will be some road closures to traffic in Nottingham city centre at the end of the England game tonight.
The city council said it will be shutting Friar Lane and Maid Marian Way for about half an hour after the final whistle, and other streets around the castle and the city centre are being designated as "no stopping" areas for vehicles until 23.00.

BBC NewsA 16-year-old boy has been arrested after a man was stabbed in Sutton-in-Ashfield in the early hours of this morning.
The 38-year-old man was found in Bishop Street just before 00.30 and was taken to the QMC for treatment but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

The teenager has been arrested on suspicion of GBH and remains in police custody.
