    Police in Nottingham are trying to find two men wanted on recall to prison.

    Graham Wilson (left) is 36 years old and from Radford Road in the city.

    He is wanted for failing to attend court and in connection with a number of burglaries in the Radford and Hyson Green areas.

    Nottinghamshire Police are asking the public not approach Wilson if they see him but to call them on 101.

    There is also an appeal to find Cliff Bunch (right) from York Drive in Newark. The 23-year-old has links to the travelling community in the area.

    A van used to collect donations of furniture to the charity Age UK was stolen and burnt out over the weekend.

    The van was taken from an industrial estate in Enderby on Saturday and was found last night on Thurcaston road in Leicester.

    The local Age UK boss has said the impact on the charity is "immense".

    Anthony Donovan said: "We have no vehicle to replace it and so now find ourselves unable to collect the donations people want to make.

    "Without stock in our shops, sales will dramatically fall off putting essential care services at risk of closure."

    He said the van would cost thousands of pounds to replace and has appealed for anyone who can help them to get in touch.

    Frank Lampard has been speaking to the media ahead of Derby County's FA Cup match against Southampton.

    Unsurprisingly the Rams boss was questioned on the Leeds "spy".

    He said: “If you’re a Derby fan you probably think it’s unacceptable, if you’re a Leeds fan you probably think it’s fine and if you’re a neutral you probably don’t care. I’ve made my thoughts clear.”

    Derby lost 2-0 to Leeds on Friday - the day after Leeds United sent a member of staff to "spy" on Derby training.

    A man has appeared in court charged with dangerous driving after a woman and a young child were left in a car that ended up on its roof in a crash in Long Eaton.

    The pair had to be rescued by firefighters after the vehicle caught fire following the smash in Tamworth Road on Saturday afternoon.

    Liam Swinfield, 24, of Marriott Avenue, Chilwell, is also charged with failing to stop after an accident and driving without a licence, MOT or insurance.

    He entered no plea at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court and was remanded into custody to appear at Derby Crown Court on 11 February.

    Pug lovers have joined forces over the future of a Leicester painting.

    The 18th Century paining of the Wollaston Family by William Hogarth has been on display at New Walk Museum in the city since 1943.

    It's the only Hogarth paining in the Midlands, but it could soon be leaving as the family that own it have put it up for sale to pay off an inheritance tax bill.

    The museum, run by the city council, is hoping to keep the paining but it needs to raise £550,000 by the end of February to pay for it.

    It has started a campaign in an attempt to raise the money, external. An online crowdfunding page is trying to raise £16,600 and the Leicester Museums Trust has applied for funding for the remaining amount.

    The paining, like many by Hogarth, features a pug dog. This has led to pug owners getting behind the campaign. Yesterday they gathered at the museum to show their support.

    Two men accused of murder appeared at Derby Crown Court earlier.

    Paul Steele, 53, of Lapwing Close, was found fatally injured by police inside his home in Sinfin on the evening of 9 December.

    He was later pronounced dead by paramedics.

    Talvir Girn, 40, of Cloverdale Drive, Derby, and Kulvinder Nath, 51, of Glencroft Drive, Stenson Fields, have both denied murdering Mr Steele.

    A trial date has been set for the two men on 10 June at the same court.

    From a zero to a hero - this young Labrador cross was a rescue dog at Dogs Trust but now is in training with Derbyshire Police.

    Ted was first given to the animal charity in February last year for being "too boisterous"

    He was rehomed two months later but sadly found himself back at Dogs Trust in December when the families circumstances changed.

    It was then that he was picked up by Derbyshire Police to be assessed as a potential search dog.

    Dogs Trust has said it is now having to wait to see if he passes the assessment. In a post by Derbyshire Police on Instagram the force said he's already winning officers over with his smile.

    The boss of Toyota in Burnaston has said he supports the Brexit deal negotiated by Theresa May.

    The comment came as the company marked the beginning of production of a new Corolla model at the factory.

    Dr Johan Van Zyl, president and CEO of Toyota Motor Europe, told a launch ceremony the Brexit deal on offer provides certainty with a transition period and avoids the disruption of no deal.
