    Police are looking for a "reckless" drone operator whose device was involved in a near miss with a passenger aircraft on Tuesday.

    Civil Aviation Authority rules, external state that drones must not fly higher than 400ft and must be kept away from aircraft, helicopters, airports and airfields.

    Three people have escaped a fire at a property in Plymouth in what police believe is a suspected arson attack.

    Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed they were called to the house on Romney Close at 00:55, after being alerted by the fire service.

    Police said they were treating the incident as arson with intent to endanger life and have launched an investigation.

    It will take at least another day to "finally extinguish" the flames at St Erth, according to the station manager at Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service.

    David Carlisle said an investigation into what caused the blaze at the recycling unit was "a few days off".

    More than 70 firefighters have been involved in the rescue effort since the fire broke out at around 20:15 on Monday.
