There are warnings the Cornish economy's facing a severe shock post-Brexit.
A report by the Federation of Small Businesses says Cornwall's due to receive almost 600 million euros in the years leading up to 2020 but there are no plans in the UK to continue that level of funding.
It wants the next government to commit to a similar level of financial support.
Will Black is one of the report's authors and says EU funding provides "vital support" for businesses in less economically developed areas.
"If we want to see a regionally balanced economy where businesses in every sector in every region are able to grow, then what we'll need to see is increased support for those businesses," he said.
