In Newquay, the A3058 Henver Road is partially blocked by an accident between Penhallow Road and Porth Bean Road, near the petrol station.

The prime minister has dismissed calls for extra funding on health spending in the South West, although she has promised to keep the situation under review.
In Prime Minister's Questions, St Ives Conservative MP Derek Thomas made the case for more cash for NHS Kernow and other providers in the region because of "inequality" compared to other areas.
Theresa May said the national formula for NHS funding already took into account factors including the local population and also how rural areas were.
In Newton Abbot, there are reports of slow traffic due to an accident on the A382 Highweek Street, at Halcyon Road and Bradley Lane.
Cornwall Council's cabinet has agreed to change general waste collections from weekly to fortnightly, external.
As part of the change, recycling will be collected weekly, rather than every two weeks, and there will be a weekly collection of food waste.
The change now needs to be voted on at a full council meeting in April.
If it is voted through, the changed will be introduced with a new waste contract in 2019.

A funeral has taken place for a woman whose body was discovered in a lead coffin during demolition work in Plymouth.
The coffin was discovered last December while the Bretonside bus station site was being cleared for the construction of a new cinema complex.
It bore a name plate identifying the remains as Elizabeth Cookworthy, who died in October 1833, aged 70. She was the wife of the grandson of local benefactor William Cookworthy.
Mr Cookworthy was a well-known Plymouth Quaker and porcelain manufacturer.
Brentonside is on a former Quaker burial site that was moved in the 1950s.
The body has been re-interred at Efford Cemetery.
The Conservative leader of Teignbridge District Council has hit out at his Liberal Democrat counterpart, external for "misleading the public" after he accused the council of "theft" as it was revealed that they have retained nearly £350,000 from parking machines in the last five years as the machines do not give change.
Councils said in many cases they had additional income to cover the extra costs.

A dog has died after a house fire in Exeter this morning.
Three fire crews went to the incident and found a first floor bedroom well alight on Fords Road soon after 10:00.
The fire was put out and no people were hurt, but the dog was found dead.
The bedroom was severely damaged by fire, and the whole of the first floor was badly damaged by smoke and heat.
It's thought to have been accidental.

Spending just 10 minutes a day talking to people with dementia about their interests or family could help improve their quality of life, according to a study led by the University of Exeter.
Researchers carried out a nine-month trial in 69 care homes in England.
One-to-one interaction, combined with personalised care, significantly reduced the residents' anger and agitation, the study found.
The authors said other homes should try taking a more "personal" approach.
A number of schools have also been shut and some bus services have been cancelled.

Adam Paynter, Cornwall Council leader, and Julian German, the cabinet member for resources, announced they have been able to reduce the increase in council tax to 4.99% rather than 5.99%, external.
This will mean the budget will revert to the original plan to go up 4.99% this year, 3.99% in 2019/20 and 1.99% for the two years after that.
