A Flybe flight was forced to return to Cornwall Airport Newquay, external after take-off due to a "crack appearing in the outer layer of the windscreen" of the plane.
The airline said the captain took "necessary action" on the flight that departed Newquay at 07:25.
Road transport is being provided to the 92 passengers on board for them to complete their travel to London Gatwick.
Flybe added that the safety of its passengers and crew is a "priority" and it's apologised for the inconvenience.
