As I'm sure you will know, Roger Moore - the man who played James Bond for 12 years - has died at the age of 89.
Sir Roger's family confirmed the news on Twitter, saying he had died after "a short but brave battle with cancer".
In 2015, BBC Radio Berkshire's Tony Blackburn spoke to Roger Moore about his most famous role.
You can hear his smooth, suave and sophisticated personality in this clip.
The extension will include new galleries to exhibit more of the museum's four million artefacts.

A newborn baby whose body was found in a park may have been there for up to six days, police have said.
The girl's remains were found in Manor Park, Church Hill, in Aldershot on Friday afternoon.
Detectives said they believed "Baby M" may have been delivered under a nearby oak tree and then taken into the park some time between Sunday 14 May and the following Tuesday.
Police said they were "extremely concerned" for the mother's welfare.

London Irish are just one win away from a return to the Premiership.
They face Yorkshire Carnegie tomorrow in their play-off semi-final, and have won foot in the top flight already, having won the first leg 29-18 last week.
Nick Kennedy has made one change to the side that won that game in Leeds, with Canada international Ciaran Hearn replacing Aseli Tikoirotuma at centre. The Fijian is ruled out through suspension.

A rare bird that was shot on farmland in Hampshire is being released back into the wild.
The peregrine falcon, who has been given the name Harry, was found near Stockbridge in March with an injured wing.
Peregrines nearly became extinct in the UK because of the use of pesticides and hunters. The bird, which is a protected species, has made a full recovery.
Two teenage girls have gone missing from their homes in Berkshire, police have said.
Natasha Gill, 14, and 13-year-old Olivia Joel are believed to have travelled together to London.
Olivia was last seen at 19:30 on Monday in Bowyer Drive in Slough and Natasha was spotted five hours earlier in Cox Green in Maidenhead.
Detective Inspector Emma Brown, of Thames Valley Police, said: “We are growing concerned for the girls and we would urge them to please contact us."
People have gathered at Winchester Cathedral to pay tribute to the victims of the bomb attack at Manchester Arena in which 22 people died.
Thames Valley Police has said it is reviewing security measures in the region following the Manchester terror attack.
The force added that there is "no intelligence to suggest a specific threat to our communities".
In a statement, Deputy Chief Constable John Campbell said: "I would urge you to contact the police straight away if you believe that someone is acting suspiciously.
"Trust your instincts and let us decide whether the information is important or not. No piece of information is considered too small or insignificant."
An e-fit has been released after an aggravated burglary in Maidenhead left one victim needing hospital treatment.
Three men entered a property in Boyn Hill Road on Saturday night, with one wielding what police have described as a "bladed article".
The force said one the house's occupants suffered head and hand injuries during the incident.

A photo of a girl murdered in Oxfordshire four years ago has been circulated in a fake list of those missing after the Manchester explosion.
Twenty-two people were killed and 59 injured in a suicide attack at Manchester Arena on Monday night at an Ariana Grande concert.
The mother of Jayden Parkinson said she was unhappy her daughter's image had been posted alongside images of other people alleged to be missing.
Jayden, 17, was strangled by her ex-boyfriend in 2013.

London Irish has released a statement to say a minute's silence will be held before kick-off at Wednesday's Greene King IPA Championship Play-off Final between London Irish and Yorkshire Carnegie.
The game will be played at the Madejski Stadium in Reading.
The team at the stadium will put safety arrangements in place including bag checks on arrival.
Supporters are asked to only bring a bag to the match if really necessary and to leave extra time to enter the stadium.
Tributes are being paid to actor Sir Roger Moore following the announcement of his death.
BBC Radio Berkshire's Tony Blackburn was among those to express their sadness.
He described the James Bond actor as a "lovely man".
