The Henley Women's Regatta is under way on the River Thames and is celebrating its 30th year.
The local regatta started in 1988 when it attracted 109 entries and held 97 races during a one-day event.
Now it has grown into a three-day event with 1,800 entries, and has seen many of the women competitors go on to row for GB and win Olympic medals, including Katharine Granger, Helen Glover and Kat Copeland.
The event is free and attracted 30,000 spectators last year.
