Red Funnel services resume after fog crashpublished at 08:05 British Summer Time 22 October 2018
Red Funnel services are expected to be back to normal this morning, after a ferry hit several yachts off the Isle of Wight yesterday.
The Red Falcon "came into contact" with a number of boats while trying to berth at Cowes Harbour, at about 08:00 BST on Sunday.
Red Funnel has apologised to passengers who had their travel disrupted yesterday.
No-one was hurt in the crash.
It's the second incident involving the Red Funnel car ferry during fog in the past month.
On 27 September three boats were cut adrift when Red Eagle ploughed through their moorings in Cowes Harbour as it left East Cowes on a 05:30 BST sailing to Southampton.
