A man is due in court after a vehicle allegedly narrowly missed hitting two adults and a child who were walking on a pavement in Dorset.
The Nissan Navara was driven from South Street into Trinity Lane in Wareham, in what was reported to be a careless manner, at about 18:10 GMT on 6 April, police said.
Jamie Leyland, 27, of Wareham, has been issued with a postal requisition for an offence of driving without due care and attention, and is due at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on 23 October.
