New technology is going to be introduced in a bid to make West Mercia police more efficient behind the scenes.
The Police and Crime Commissioner for the area, John Campion, described many of their existing offices as "traditional" and in need of modernisation.
Mr Campion said that two weeks into the job he hadn't identified any further cutbacks, but wanted to make sure money was available for priorities and to make more use of technology.

The MP for West Worcestershire says she is in contact with the MoD to see if they could help put up a temporary bridge alongside the collapsed 18th Century Eastham Bridge, near Tenbury Wells.
Harriet Baldwin said the Army put up a bridge near the site of the collapsed Grade II listed structure in World War Two.

A drink driver who killed a motorcyclist from Redditch has been jailed for six years.
Craig Allen, aged 35, of Baker Avenue, Stratford, pleaded guilty at Coventry Crown Court to causing death by dangerous driving and driving with excess alcohol.
Robert Loach, who was 27, died after a head-on collision on the A3400 at Wootton Wawen in Warwickshire on Monday, 25 April.

The void that unexpectedly opened up as Severn Trent workmen were digging a hole on the A38 in Kempsey, just outside Worcester, is being filled with concrete.
There were fears one of the major routes out of the city might have to be closed after the void was discovered outside The Anchor pub.

Almost 12,000 people in England are still waiting to hear if they are due millions of pounds in backdated care fees - some nearly four years after applying.
They are among 60,000 people who think they may have paid for care that should have been funded by the NHS.
Many of them fear they could have wrongly sold their family homes to cover their costs.
NHS England says 80% of the backlog has been cleared and £140m refunded.
The collapse of a Grade II listed bridge has been raised with the transport minister by the MP for West Worcestershire.
Harriet Baldwin MP attended a meeting at Eastham Bridge, near Tenbury Wells, and answered questions from more than 100 local villagers, who were there to meet council officials.
She thanked the local emergency services and praised a bus driver who spotted the issues on the bridge and averted a major incident.

He has had a wheel permanently glued to his shell.

More than five years after it was badly damaged by fire, the redevelopment of an eyesore in the heart of Hereford's High Town has moved a step closer.
The former River Island and Card Factory stores were virtually destroyed in October 2010 by one of the county's worst fires and have been boarded up ever since.
Plans have been now submitted to refurbish two retail units and build 20 apartments on the site.
A woman was airlifted to hospital in Birmingham after the collision at 12:45.

A woman has been airlifted to hospital after being trapped for an hour following a three-car crash just outside Worcester, the ambulance service says.
The collision happened at 12:45 on the A4440 in Powick.
The driver of one of the cars, a woman in her 30s, was airlifted to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Birmingham with a suspected fractured leg.
A second driver, a man in his 60s, was taken to Worcester Royal Hospital "as a precaution", a spokesman said.
Lorry drivers "chose to ignore the advice" about using a 200-year-old bridge in Worcestershire that collapsed on Tuesday, the county council says.
Worcestershire County Council has launched an investigation.
Lorries had been in the area for road works, the council said.
