That's it from us for today, thanks for checking in. We'll be back on Monday at 08:00 for more news, sport, travel and weather.

The news today has, of course, been dominated by the big fire in the Lower Wortley area of Leeds. A huge plume of smoke could be seen from miles around.

Ten fire engines attended the scene, West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue say that they expect to stay at the site overnight to make sure the fire is completely out.

Four people are reported to have been working in the building before the blaze broke out - but nobody was hurt.

This is the moment BBC Radio Leeds' Larry Budd was reporting live from the scene when there was an explosion from inside the burning building.

The fire is now out but it has destroyed the building.

    BBC Travel

We have massive disruption in Leeds city centre tonight, partly due to the fire and partly due to an accident on the Inner Ring Road.

Buses routes are reporting delays of at least 40mins on all services.

Further afield on the the A1 there are queues of 12 miles northbound in Wentbridge because of an accident involving three vehicles. If you join the back of the queue, you'll be stuck there for at least an hour. Congestion on A1(M) to J35 M18.

And this is causing problems on the southbound carriageway too as people slow down to look at the accident. Four miles of queues on that side with congestion on A1(M) to J41, M62 (Knottingley).
