    Just a few more details of the result in Harrogate and Knaresborough.

    Andrew Jones is returned to Westminster with a majority of 18,168 an increase of 1,797.

    The Liberal Democrats were in second place with Labour in third. Both having increased their share of the vote.

    Turnout was 73.4% a rise of 3.6% on 2015.
