Cabinet minister for Sport and Leisure at Sheffield City Council, Mary Lee explains how it's been funded:
People at a block of flats in Halifax have been sent letters today informing them the cladding on their building is to be tested.
The Prime Minister says that there should be a "major national investigation" into the use of cladding on high-rise towers.
In letters hand delivered to residents at Wheatley Court in Mixenden the owners Together Housing say they will be reviewing fire precautions and sending samples of cladding for testing.
Quote MessageI'd be a liar if I said I wasn't a bit anxious. Until some one can say to me you're fine, you're bound to worry, especially being this high up."

In June 2007 Yorkshire was hit by flooding which resulted in loss of life and saw hundreds of people being forced from their homes.
A decade on I've been hearing from Paul Eaton who rescued a 14-year-old boy from the flood water in Tickhill near Doncaster:
Mr Eaton's action was marked by him being given an award for bravery, and here he is moments after receiving the honour August 2008:
A flood warning has been issued along the Yorkshire coast for tomorrow morning in Scarborough.
The Environment Agency says that they expect "wave over-topping" to cause some flooding in the area around the Spa between 08:30 and 09:15 tomorrow.
A flood warning is classified by the agency as "flooding is expected" and it could affect the area above.
There is also a flood alert, which means flooding is possible and people need to be prepared" from Whitby to Filey.
This alert is in place from about 06.15 and 09:00 on Wednesday.
A shopkeeper who claimed he was threatened with legal action after calling his shop Singhsbury's has changed its name to Morrisinghs.
Jel Singh Nagra's shop did not have a name for five years after he said Sainsbury's complained.
He has now put up a new sign outside his store, naming it Morrisinghs, in a bid to put his village, West Allotment, North Tyneside, "on the map".
A spokesman for Bradford-based Morrisons said the supermarket "did not mind".
A motorcyclist is still in a critical condition after he crashed on a road in central Leeds last week.
Police say that there were no other vehicles involved in the crash on Boar Lane last Friday.
It happened at about 05:00 when the 24-year-old came off his silver motorbike.
He suffered serious injuries and is still in a critical condition in hospital.
Good news from Sheffield this afternoon.
South Yorkshire Police have confirmed that Mark Britton, who was reported missing earlier has been found.

And now a maiden speech from a Labour MP, Thelma Walker, who was elected to Colne Valley.
She turns to the discussion of "what is a good school" and says that a culture of targets and tests does not result in a happy child.
She adds that the UK's media and creative arts are the envy of the world and she says Colne Valley is "vibrant with creativity" and wants to see a Colne Valley powerhouse.
But she says cuts have an impact on children and says she wants to campaign for more funding for schools, hospitals and services in the area.

Do you remember this car from yesterday?
It had been reported stolen and South Yorkshire Police were appealing to the public to help find it.
Well, some good news. Following an anonymous tip off, the force have recovered the vehicle in Stocksbridge and they are keen to thank everyone who helped.
