If you live in Leeds, do you think the road between the historic Kirkgate Market and the big shiny new Victoria Gate shopping centre needs a face lift?
Leeds City Council officials are talking about plans to revamp it today.
Here's what it might look like:
The council says the proposals include replacing the "current outdated 1930s and 1980s buildings" with a new hotel and nine shops.
The idea is to attract more people out of Victoria Gate and into the market and through the old Butcher's Row area.

Yorkshire's seen one of the biggest take-ups of electric cars in the UK.
Figures show more than 2,500 plug-in vehicles have been sold in the region so far this year.
Nationally there's been a 36% increase in the number of sales between July and September, compared with the same period in 2016.
The figures have come from electric car campaign group Go Ultra Low who are trying to get motorists to switch to electric vehicles.
Images of an armed, masked man who smashed his way through a shop counter have been released by police.
The man was carrying what has been described as a piece of wood with nails in it.

The robbery took place on Thursday 5 October about 20:10 at a Betfred shop on Gleadless Road.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident are encouraged to contact South Yorkshire Police or Crimestoppers.

Just a fortnight after the two sides met in the first leg of the Championship Grand Final, Ipswich Witches are back at Sheffield Tigers tonight.
This time it's the first leg of their Knockout Cup semi-final, with the return at Foxhall tomorrow.
The Suffolk side has drafted in Ben Barker as a guest, to cover for the injured Rory Schlein, while Connor Mountain returns from his shoulder problem.
"We have got to go with the same philosophy that we have had all year and we will go and try to perform to the best of our ability," boss Ritchie Hawkins told the club website, external.
"We need to cut out the mistakes we made in both legs of the [Championship Grand] final if we are going to make the cup final.
"I have confidence in the team that we can go and win the cup. We will go there looking to do the job and progress.”
The company behind controversial plans to frack in Ryedale is to pay £100,000 into a fund being set up to help community groups in the area.
Third Energy is close to starting fracking at a well in Ryedale.
Energy companies agreed that they'd pay the money into a community fund for each well they wanted to frack whether or not they found any gas.
The fund is due to benefit groups in the Kirby Misperton area and the villages of Great and Little Habton and Great and Little Barugh.
A panel will be set up to advise on how the money should be distributed.
It's been claimed in parliament the city of York could end up with the lowest funded schools anywhere in the country.
The Labour MP for York Central, Rachael Maskell, told the Commons York will lose out as a result of the Government's new education funding formula:
Hundreds of alleged or convicted sex offenders have been placed in a prison to tackle high levels of violence, a report has found.
The Prison Officers Association said increasing the number of sex offenders in jails could help reduce violence because they largely had a less volatile temperament towards staff and other inmates compared to prisoners with non-sexual offences.
At the time of the inspection in July the number of men on remand for, or convicted of sex offences had trebled to just over 300.
The chief inspector of prisons, Peter Clarke, said this increase meant "in effect, this large cohort of men was being denied the opportunity to make progress".

The MP for Huddersfield has challenged a government minister over his claim that Brexit "doom-mongers" have been proved wrong.
Mark Garnier, an international trade minister, made the claim after urging MPs to "embrace the optimistic opportunities" of EU withdrawal, as some called for the process to be stopped.

He said "Not one person I meet in those sectors want us to continue with this folly of Brexit."
