It happened at 16:30 on Staniforth road in Attercliffe, there have been reports of injuries.

Police want to speak to this woman after a man was left with a broken jaw when he was punched in the face in a Leeds fast food restaurant.
The 26-year-old was in McDonalds on Briggate on 26 October when he got involved in an argument with a group of people in the upstairs eating area.
He was punched in the face, fell to the floor and was then assaulted again on the floor.
A 16-year-old boy has been interviewed in relation to the incident and released under investigation following an earlier appeal.
The body of Dean James, 49, was discovered at a property in Spalding, Lincolnshire, on Sunday.

The latest strike comes after the government said earlier today it would be willing to intervene to help bring an end to the long-running dispute.
A family found in a field in East Yorkshire last night are believed to be from Iraq, according to police.
Officers were called to the field, near Hull, at about 21:00 after reports a number of children and adults had been seen.
Humberside Police conducted a search and found three adults and four children, off Staithes Road near Preston (pictured).
They received medical checks and are now being dealt with by the immigration authorities.
Dog owners in Leeds who don't clean up after their pets could be forced to pay £100 from tomorrow as new rules come into force.
In July this year new dog control orders came into effect, they require owners to carry a bag or have some other way to pick up and remove their dog’s mess.
Since then, there has been a "grace period" so that dog walkers could get used to the new legislation.
The fixed penalty notice for anyone not adhering to the new orders is £100, or £80 if you pay the fine within 10 days.

A man has been charged with robbery, kidnap and firearms offences after a man was robbed at gunpoint in Sheffield.
The 20-year-old victim was left with minor injuries following the incident in the Ellsemere Road area last week.
Hassan Gordon, of no fixed abode, appeared at Sheffield Magistrates' Court earlier.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Sheffield Crown Court early next year.

Hull residents say they are fed up with the number of prostitutes in part of the city, where police are currently using CCTV to target customers.
Locals in the Hessle Road area will meet next week to try and sort out the problems of anti-social behaviour and prostitution.
Natalie Taylor, who lives in the area, said: "Ladies are approaching residents on the school run, they're out from 05:30 in the morning.
"It's not so much the prostitution as the anti-social behaviour that comes with it; drug dealing, used condoms and needles.
"It's just not a nice place at the moment."
Humberside Police is asking locals to contact the force if they see a rise in the number of sex workers in the area.
The force say they are monitoring CCTV to target those using prostitutes.
Officers said: "Our main objective is to try and dissuade sex trade users - punters - from using the services of sex workers."
A passenger who tweeted regularly about delays was accused of spamming the @northernassist account.
