One driver was seen doing 70mph in the 30mph section of Beverley Road in Hull, while another was clocked at 80mph in a 40mph stretch of the city's Roger Millward Way.
Safer Roads Humber said it had detected a number of drivers doing 100mph or more on the region's motorways, with top speeds of 130mph and 114mph.
The organisation said it was particularly concerned about the A63 and A15, where average speeds were around 10mph more than the national speed limit.
Police have told motorcyclists that going out for a ride does not count as a form of exercise.
North Yorkshire Police said officers had spotted motorbikes around the county over the past 24 hours.
The force said going for a ride to get out of the house did not count as an "advised journey" and bikers needed to be sensible.

A former MasterChef finalist is delivering 300 Sunday dinners to nurses today.
Matt Healy has pledged to use his Leeds restaurant to feed more than 1,000 members of the NHS during the coronavirus crisis.
He has launched a crowdfunding appeal and for every £5 donated, his restaurant will make-up the difference to produce one of his meals.
Mr Healy has promised to cook, prep and deliver roast dinners every Sunday for as long as the donations continue to come in.
He said: "We show that we care with food and if we can show our appreciation in this small way, we will.
"Thanks to everyone so far that has contributed towards us bringing some cracking food to some truly deserving people."
A British woman is stuck in Australia and struggling to get home after flights were cancelled because of coronavirus.
Jeanette Hall, from Sheffield, fell ill with pneumonia and sepsis after arriving in February and was unable to catch her return flight.
She has cystic fibrosis and is struggling to get her medication.
Mrs Hall is hoping to get home soon, but said she was worried about the prospect of travelling during the crisis.
She said: "I'm really anxious because [planes are] like large incubators full of people, potentially with coronavirus, which is deadly for people who are vulnerable."
Residents at a care home in Leeds have been "overwhelmed" by the number of letters they have received from complete strangers offering kind words during the coronavirus crisis.
Oakhaven care home put out an online plea asking people to write to residents who were feeling lonely as their relatives had been unable to visit.
They have received a post bag full of letters, some from as far away as Spain and the United States.
Manager Vickie Scott said: "I can't believe how many people are interested in our little home."
England and Yorkshire cricketer Adil Rashid has urged people to stay at home to avoid catching coronavirus.
Rashid has teamed up with Bradford Council to encourage people in his hometown to stay home during the crisis.
He said: “It’s very important we do that as it so easy to go out there and catch it.
"And once you catch it, it spreads - and spreads fast."

A disused psychiatric hospital in York could be reopened to treat coronavirus patients.
York Central's Labour MP Rachael Maskell said Bootham Park Hospital was under consideration if the NHS needed to increase capacity to cope with a high number of seriously ill residents.
She said: “There could be a very high level of sick people in the city and we can’t see where they are all going to go. We will need serious space."
The Grade-I listed hospital was built in 1777 and closed in 2015.
Last year it was announced it would be sold off after attempts to keep it publicly-owned had failed.
North Yorkshire's national parks are urging people to stay away this weekend.
The Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority has told people to heed government instructions and stay at home.
Visitor centres, car parks and toilets are all closed, while public rights of way remain open for residents to take exercise and shop for essentials.
Bosses at the North York Moors have the same message and say they are grateful that people are responding.

A war memorial in Leeds has been targeted by vandals during the coronavirus lockdown.
The Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) said it was "saddened" by the damage at Harehills Cemetery.
Recently laid turf was ripped up and thrown at the Cross of Sacrifice and a wall bearing the names of the war dead.
However, no graves were damaged or disturbed during the vandalism, believed to have taken place on Tuesday.
James King, from the CWGC, said: "At a time when everyone is concentrating on doing their bit to control the spread of coronavirus, it beggars belief that someone would cause wanton damage to a cemetery like this."
The CWGC is currently in discussions with contractors about how to carry out repairs amid current restrictions on movement.
