"This level of disorder is understandably causing concern to the local community and it will not be tolerated.
Information about those involved "lies within the local community", Det Ch Insp Bainbridge added.
"I would appeal for residents in this area to contact police with any information that could assist our ongoing inquiries," he said.

A man who assaulted two police officers before coughing in their faces and saying he had coronavirus has been jailed for six months.
Kieran Cassidy (pictured), from Scarborough, attacked the two officers at Scarborough Police Station on 8 April, throwing punches at them before coughing towards them.
The 33-year-old was jailed at Leeds Magistrates' Court after he admitted two charges of assault on emergency service workers,
Supt Andrea Kell, said: "I am appalled that anyone could behave in the way Cassidy did.
“Assaulting a police officer in their line of duty is utterly unacceptable and to threaten to infect them with a deadly virus is a truly despicable act.
“As can be seen with Cassidy’s sentence, anyone suspected of committing this type of crime can expect to face prosecution," she added.
Humberside Police is using video links to interview victims and witnesses of crimes during the coronavirus outbreak, a move it says is the first of its kind in the UK.
Statements can be given via a computer or smart phone and no special software has to be downloaded by the interviewee. Officers carry out the interviews in a special secure room inside the police station.
Deputy Chief Constable Chris Rowley said the system was available "24/7" and was being used across the region.
"Those who have been a victim or witness to crime in many cases, have already been through a tremendous ordeal and understandably given the current pandemic situation, will be anxious and concerned," he said.
"The video system will hopefully ease any worries around giving statements by being able to provide them in a safe, virtual environment, and I hope that this innovative step forward does lead by example and promotes that it is possible to stay well-connected with others whilst practising social distancing."
The force said it intended to keep using the system once the Covid-19 lockdown was lifted.
Funding for the system has come from the Humberside Police and Crime Commissioner.

Staff at a charity in West Yorkshire say they've seen a "remarkable increase" in the number of domestic abuse sufferers seeking help since the start of the coronavirus lockdown.

"By moving Uefa Women’s EURO to the following year, we're ensuring our flagship women’s competition will be the only major football tournament of the summer, providing it with the spotlight it deserves."
