Crews were called just before 22:00 to a fire on Stromness Way.
In total, four appliances from Humberside Fire and Rescue were sent to the incident, which was a fire against the side of a house.
Nobody was injured, the fire service said.
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man died following an "altercation" in Bradford yesterday.
Emergency services were called to Grattan Road at about 16:50 after a man was found injured. He died a short time later.
West Yorkshire Police say they believe he was involved in an altercation outside Grattan Road Studios earlier in the day.
Three men, aged 31, 45 and 51 have been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the incident and remain in police custody.
Any witnesses to the incident, or those with information about those involved, are asked to get in touch with police.
Have you seen John Eyley? He's gone missing from his home in Sheffield and police are growing "increasingly concerned" for his welfare.
Mr Eyley, 74, was last seen at his home address in the Woodhouse area at about 18:30 on Monday and hasn't been heard from since.
He's described as about 5ft 7ins tall, with grey hair and a grey beard. He is believed to be wearing a blue button-up shirt and navy blue trousers.
Anyone who's seen Mr Eyley or who has information about his whereabouts is being asked to contact South Yorkshire Police.

A mobile coronavirus testing site will be in Scarborough today for anyone showing symptoms to get tested.
The drive-through facility will be set up at the Seamer Road park-and-ride site, however people are being warned not just to turn up but make an appointment first.

The BBC team were filming near Ribblehead when a Lamborghini Diablo, driven by Mr McGuinness, left the road during "torrential rain", he said.
Mr McGuinness (below middle) said he was "totally fine" following the crash, which involved his fantasy childhood car.
In a video on his Instagram, he added that the team hoped to get the car up and running again.
A BBC spokesman said: "During Top Gear filming in North Yorkshire today presenter Paddy McGuinness’s car skidded and left the road, coming to an almost immediate stop.
"Paddy was quickly taken to the production unit base for medical checks and is unhurt.
"Safety on Top Gear is always the production team’s priority and the vehicle’s speed at the time was within the road’s limit of 60mph."

Wabtec in Doncaster said the proposed cuts, which could see nearly half its workforce axed, were due to a fall in demand for its services.

But the RMT union said the "savage cuts" proposed should be "immediately withdrawn" to allow for discussions.
Under the proposals, which are to be put out to consultation, up to 450 jobs could be lost over several months, starting in August.

A pub landlord who was caught illegally serving drinkers in two different pubs in South Yorkshire during the coronavirus lockdown should lose his licence, trading standards officers say.
Paul Greasby, the licence holder at the Pitsmoor Hotel and the Staffordshire Arms, in Sheffield, was caught operating both pubs during the coronavirus pandemic.
People were found hiding in cupboards when police raided the Pitsmoor Hotel on 24 April, while the Staffordshire Arms was shut down by officers earlier the same month after Mr Greasby was found to be serving alcohol from the site.
Sheffield City Council's Licensing Sub-Committee will consider a review of the licence next week after a request by South Yorkshire Police.
Ahead of the meeting, Bill Masini, trading standards officer at the council, said: “Considering the seriousness of breaches and the overall interests of the local community, trading standards recommends the premises licence be revoked.”
