The second round of funding will be available to some businesses who were trading just before many shops and leisure facilities closed because of a lockdown.
The £6.8m fund is for small manufacturers, suppliers to the retail, hospitality and leisure sectors, enterprise centres and local charities and childcare providers who have not received a business support grant.
It's hoped the money will help businesses that didn't initially qualify for help.
Councillor Alex Ross-Shaw, from Bradford Council, said: “The second round for the Discretionary Grants enables us to support a wider range of businesses that have been impacted by Covid-19.
“Due to the government’s deadline, it is important those who are interested apply as soon as possible.”

More than 100,000 people have signed up to take part in future NHS trials of a coronavirus vaccine - but more volunteers are needed, researchers say.
They want as many people as possible to enrol, to speed up their efforts to find a safe and effective jab.
And they are particularly looking for more volunteers from the "high-priority groups" disproportionately affected by the virus - those belonging to ethnic minorities or aged over 65.
Volunteers can register online, external.
Kate Bingham, who chairs the UK's vaccine taskforce, said: "These trials are safe, please sign up.
"The quicker we get the clinical trials enrolled, vaccinated and get the results, the quicker we can get a vaccine."

A landmark Sheffield building will be demolished and replaced after the planning inspector went against city councillors' objections and supported a developer's appeal.
The inspector has ruled that the Old Coroner’s Court on Nursery Street can be knocked down and replaced with 77 apartments.
It brings to an end several years of campaigning to save the building, which dates back to 1913 and was designed as a state-of the art court, mortuary, post-mortem rooms, viewing chapel and witnesses’ waiting room.
The council's planning board rejected the scheme last October, saying it was “plain” and “unattractive” and wouldn’t fit in with the heritage of the River Don and Wicker.
But the inspector has overruled the committee, saying the flats will “contribute favourably towards the character and appearance of the area.”
Developers Firestone already had permission to demolish the building as it is not listed, nor in a conservation area, so winning the appeal means they can start work on clearing and redeveloping the site.
Heritage campaigner and Green Party member Brian Holmshaw said: “The historic Old Coroner’s Court building could have been protected and preserved by bringing in this long planned conservation area by the council. I’m now concerned for other heritage buildings in the area.”
During the original planning meeting, Firestone said all avenues had been assessed and the only solution was the apartment scheme.
Firefighters remain at the scene of a recycling centre fire in Barnsley which started overnight.
This picture shows the scale of the blaze at its height:
Firefighters were called to Grange Lane at about 22:35 to reports of waste on fire within a building at a recycling plant.
A number of firefighters spent the night tackling the blaze, with water from the nearby River Dearne being used.
This morning, about 15 firefighters remained on scene making sure the fire was completely out, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.
Police investigating a crash in South Yorkshire earlier this year which left two people with serious injuries are appealing for witnesses to get in touch.
The collision happened at about 16:00 on Sunday 28 June when a silver Transit minibus and a metallic light brown Volkswagen Passat crashed on the B1220 Askern Road in Carcroft, Doncaster.
A 56-year-old man, who was a passenger in the Passat, suffered multiple injuries, including a broken neck in the crash.
A 23-year-old man, who was driving the Passat, suffered hand injuries.
Anyone who saw what happened, or who has dash cam or CCTV footage from around the time of the crash, is being asked to get in touch with South Yorkshire Police.

Bradford-based supermarket chain Morrisons is planning to ditch all its plastic "bags for life" following evidence they are being used once and binned.
The food retailer is running a trial in eight stores from today which will see sturdy paper bags offered at checkouts instead.
If the trial is popular, introducing paper bags only across all its 494 stores would save 90 million plastic bags being used annually, the equivalent of 3,510 tonnes of plastic per year, the company said.
Morrisons chief executive David Potts said: "We believe customers are ready to stop using plastic carrier bags as they want to reduce the amount of plastic they have in their lives and keep it out of the environment.
"We know that many are taking reusable bags back to store and, if they forget these, we have paper bags that are tough, convenient and a re-useable alternative."
The proposed paper bag can carry up to 16kg, has handles, can carry a similar amount of items as its plastic counterpart and is easily recyclable, the food retailer added.
Last year Sainsbury's said it was the first UK supermarket to remove plastic bags for loose fruit, vegetables and bakery items.
Tesco has said it will stop using plastic bags to deliver online groceries following a successful trial last year, saving nearly 2,000 tonnes of plastic annually.

Official signs urging car drivers to clean the inside of their vehicles regularly in a bid to keep safe during the coronavirus pandemic have been put up in North Yorkshire.
North Yorkshire County Council has installed 100 of the signs around the county to remind people to follow coronavirus rules and guidelines.
The car-cleaning advice is specifically intended to refer to the inside of the car, the council said.
"The advice is that if you are car sharing or mixing with other households in your car, cleaning and sanitising helps to prevent the spread of Covid-19", it said in a statement.
North Yorkshire County Council leader Carl Les said: "We have people travelling to and from work as we open up the economy and many visitors coming into the county for holidays and days out and we want to support people to continue to be vigilant about safety."
Other roadside signs remind people to follow coronavirus rules and guidelines on hand-washing, social distancing, face coverings and what to do if they have symptoms.
“Now is not a moment to lose concentration as lives and livelihoods here continue to depend on us all playing our part”, Mr Les added.
