Police say they were called to the accident on the Lincoln bypass between Doddington Road and Skellingthorpe Road just after 07:00 this morning..Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service said its firefighters were "using environmental protection equipment to contain the spill and stop it entering water courses".
There are no reports of any injuries.
Highways England said the road has now reopened after being shut for more than seven hours.
Barnsley Council's coat of arms has been given a patriotic re-brand ahead of Sunday's Euro 2020 final.
Barnsley-born defender John Stones and England manager Gareth Southgate feature on the new logo, together with the three lions badge and the motto "It Cometh Home".
England play Italy in the Euro 2020 final at Wembley on Sunday.
A Barnsley Council spokesperson said: “We’ve temporarily updated our coat of arms on social media to show our support ahead of the Euro 2020 final this Sunday – and particularly for John Stones who was born and raised in the borough and began his career at Barnsley Football Club.
"We’ll also be raising the St. George’s flag and lighting the town hall up red and white this weekend.”

A CCTV image has been released following the incident in the fast food restaurant on Herten Way, Doncaster.
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said: "At around 18:10 on Saturday 5 June police received reports of an altercation between an unknown woman and a teenage boy in the restaurant.
"Since the incident, officers have carried out extensive inquiries.
"They're now asking for your help to identify the woman in the CCTV image as they think she might hold information about what happened."
Anyone who recognises the woman is asked to contact police.
Young people between the age of nine and 18 are being asked to audition for roles in Richmond's Georgian Theatre Royal pantomime.
It will be an opportunity for them to work alongside a professional cast in the North Yorkshire theatre - the UK's oldest working theatre still in its original form.
The auditions for the junior dance and chorus for Beauty and the Beast are due to take place on Saturday 24 July between 14:00 and 16:00.
The pantomime is set to run from 3 December 2021 until 9 January 2022.
The theatre's chief executive and pantomime director, Clare Allen said: "This is a unique opportunity for young people to get involved in a professional production and work with experienced actors and musicians".

A warning has been issued after the discovery of sweets laced with cannabis were found in two police raids in Wakefield.
A large amount of sweets infused with cannabis, sweets waiting to be infused, packaging machines, cash and cannabis, were found at industrial premises Horbury on 1 July, according to West Yorkshire Police.
More cannabis-laced sweets were found at site in Wrenthorpe on 5 July, police said.
Four people have been arrested and bailed in connection with the raids, officers confirmed.
Det Sgt Heather Shearer said: "We've executed a number of warrants which have resulted in significant seizures of cannabis-laced sweets in the area.
"What we have seized could be potentially dangerous, particularly if taken by children, especially as they could easily be mistaken for normal sweets.
"I would urge parents and teenagers to be vigilant and if they are concerned or have any further information to contact police."

The late 16th Century picture by an unknown artist is usually held in the National Portrait Gallery but will go on show at the Yorkshire Museum.
Lucy Creighton, of the museum, said the king, who died violently in 1485 "remains a well-loved figure" in York.
Found by archaeologists under a Leicester car park in 2012, his remains were later reburied in the city.
Ms Creighton, curator of archaeology, said it was a "rare opportunity" to show the famous picture of the king at the museum alongside one of the country's "finest group of objects associated with Richard III".
