The equipment will be installed outside schools following complaints about incidents at several sites during drop-off and pick-up times.

Police officers have had even had to be called on a number of occasions in a bid to calm tensions between local residents and to manage protests.

At the Cleethorpes Academy, wheelie bins were used to block the street last year to highlight parents parking over driveways in the summer.

Councillor Ron Shepherd, from North East Lincolnshire Council, has told BBC Radio Humberside: "We have the ability to use rapid deployment cameras in key areas to capture evidence of those individuals who are parking in a dangerous position.

"If you continually break the rules, you will get a fixed penalty notice. So don't come moaning that you've had a fine through the post because you park your car dangerously."

William Campbell, 26, of Allen Court, Stokesley, stabbed 24-year-old Samuel Campbell (pictured above) in the chest at the family home in Silksworth, Sunderland, on 18 June.

Newcastle Crown Court heard there was a history of violence between them that went "well beyond normal sibling disagreement.

The court heard William Campbell (pictured below) had been binge drinking in Sunderland before he returned to the family's home in Park Avenue at about midnight, where he found his younger brother in the garden.

His brother had also been drinking, the court heard, and was waiting for his sibling to return so they could have a drink together.

A row erupted when Campbell took exception at the way his brother was talking to his own dog Marley and took a knife from the kitchen to use as a weapon.

Their argument raised their mother, who tried to act as "peacemaker", but after a few moments Campbell took a knife from the kitchen, followed his younger sibling outside and plunged it through his brother's chest and into his heart.

Campbell has been jailed for at least 21 years.
