    The A46 in Upper Broughton is closed and there is queuing traffic northbound at the A606 Melton Road junction.

    It's because of an accident and recovery work.

    In other news, police announced last night that they have arrested four people on suspicion of murdering Brendon Mason, who was found with fatal injuries in Leicester's Abbey Park on Tuesday morning.

    The post-mortem examination found the 23-year-old from Glenfield died from head injuries.

    Two men aged 21, a 20-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman are being questioned by police.

    Just to recap on what we told you yesterday - NHS England have reviewed the Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) services at hospitals across the UK and found Glenfield Hospital didn't meet new standards.

    The standards were set by NHS England in April this year.

    As a result they plan to stop carrying out procedures, like open heart surgery, in Leicestershire.

    The news has triggered a very angry response from local people, the hospital trust, Leicestershire County Council and MP Liz Kendall.
