    Rutland Water has been awarded Visit England accreditation for its facilities and customer service.

    I've only been there once but thought it was a very beautiful place.

    Yesterday I told you about a serious crash in Castle Donington that happened over the weekend... police have now announced the man who was taken to hospital has died from his injuries.

    The crash was on Hill Top just before 18:00 on Saturday.

    Police want to hear from anyone , externalwho saw what happened or saw either of the two cars involved before the crash.

    A attempt is underway at the University of Leicester today - to smash the existing UK record for the number of sign-ups to the Anthony Nolan Stem Cell Donor Register.

    The National Caribbean Heritage Museum says Caribbeans were invited to the UK after the second world war to help with labour shortages.

    They were known as the "Windrush generation" and some only came with a small suitcase of things...

    Private John Burton survived the battle on 25 October 1854 but his body is now thought to be here at Welford Road Cemetery...

    Now his great-great-great grandson wants to erect a headstone in his honour.

    Today is the 162nd anniversary of the infamous Charge of the Light Brigade in the Crimean War.

    The relative of a soldier, thought to be the only Leicester man to survive, says his ancestor's grave deserves to be recognised.

    Private John Burton is in an unmarked grave in Welford Road Cemetery.
