Police have released a photo of a potential witness, external to a shooting in Derby in April.
It's thought the person may have been walking along Coleridge Street in Sunnyhill when a 26-year-old man was shot in the shoulder.
Another 26-year-old man from Birmingham has been charged with attempted murder and firearms offences in relation to the shooting.
Holders Nottinghamshire reach the One-Day Cup knockout stage with a thumping eight-wicket win against Derbyshire.

At least seven cars were left badly damaged when they were hit by a lorry in the centre of Ashbourne this morning.
Police said it happened in Station Street just before 07:00. There were no injuries and no-one was arrested.
One of the cars was pushed into a gas pipe which was subsequently made safe by a specialist engineer.
The fire service also helped to make the scene safe.
One eyewitness said: "I'm so thankful it was early. If it had happened at about 08:15 a lot of people walk that path to school, including my own daughter."

Police are investigating after two elderly men in Nottingham were attacked and burgled by men knocking on their door and shouting "police", external.
An 86-year-old suffered a cut and graze to his head when four men claiming to be officers arrived at his home in Templar Road, Beeston, at about 18:15 yesterday. They knocked him to the floor as they forced their way in and helped themselves to cash.
A few hours later, two men knocked on a door in Lanthwaite Close, Clifton, hit the 70-year-old occupant over the head, causing a deep laceration, and left with bank cards.
Police said a dark coloured vehicle was seen in the vicinity of both incidents. They've asked witnesses to call 101.

Extra police patrols are taking place near a school in Derbyshire after a 10-year-old girl said she was approached by a stranger who asked her to get in his car.
The Stanton Primary School pupil told police she was walking to meet her mother at about 15:20 yesterday when the man pulled up alongside her in Piddocks Road and invited her in.
Police said she ran away but was upset about the encounter.
Insp Kate Bateman, who is in charge of policing in south Derbyshire, said: "My officers are attending the school today to speak further with the girl and other students and will be working with the school to send advice out to parents.
“We will have additional patrols in the area over the next few school days."
The force is also looking for witnesses who may have seen anything suspicious yesterday afternoon.

Steve Morrisroe, 49, from Shireoaks in Nottinghamshire, was sent a picture of his damaged car by staff at the Crowne Plaza, at Heathrow.
He said he's angry with the hotel because they will accept no responsibility over the damage.
Crowne Plaza has said in a statement that Mr Morrisroe had signed a disclaimer "clearly stating that the hotel would not be liable for any loss or damage for any vehicle or property".
They said the form also stated valuables should not be left in cars.
Mr Morrisroe and his partner Nicky, 39, were married in Newark on 26 May, and left their Audi A6 at the hotel, before setting off for the Maldives.

Police investigating a crash in Nottingham this morning which has left a woman with life-threatening injuries are appealing for information.
They believe the occupants of a white, mid-sized family hatchback travelling in the same direction as the car involved in the collision may have vital information.
The 20-year-old woman remains in hospital with life-threatening injuries following the collision at the junction of Wollaton Street and Talbot Street at about 01:50.
A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the crash.
All road closures and diversions have been lifted.

A man in his 50s needed hospital treatment after being assaulted by a group of young people, external outside a shop in Leicester.
Police said the victim suffered facial injuries when up to six people, thought to be teenagers, threatened him with a knife and then attacked him.
He has since been discharged from hospital but police are keen to speak to witnesses to the assault, which happened in Sturdee Road at about 18:30 on Monday.

A man has been arrested after a car was shot at in Nottingham on Monday night.
Police were called to Collison Street, Hyson Green, at about 22:45 on Monday to a report of a firearm being discharged. No-one was injured.
The 24-year-old was arrested yesterday on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and has been released under investigation.
