Health chiefs have reassured patients following a decision to cut the opening hours of Derbyshire's four minor injury units (MIUs).
As it stands, the MIUs in Buxton, Darley Dale, Ilkeston and Ripley close at 22:00.
However, from Monday 2 July, they will all close two hours earlier to bring them in line with Derby Urgent Care Centre, which opens between 08:00 and 20:00.
Local NHS bosses said the change was due to the low number of patients who visit the county's MIUs late in the evening - fewer than two people visiting each site per hour between 20:00 and 22:00.
Reduced opening hours mean that more staff can be working during busy periods when they are needed most, Derbyshire CCGs have said.
After 20:00, patients have been advised to visit their nearest out-of-hours pharmacist, call 111 or visit www.nhs.uk.

Derbyshire's chief fire officer has visited the scene of the Saddleworth Moor fire today, praising the work of his firefighters.
He said the scale of the operation was "huge" with water being sourced from a reservoir three miles away.

He also posted pictures of the air support team "bombing" hotspots with water and the support vehicle sent by Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue.
Both fire services have sent firefighters to help Greater Manchester tackle the blaze which has been burning for four days.
It had become "increasingly hard to work" in the building in which the arcade is based.

A teenager who was arrested for carrying a knife after a 13-year-old boy and a man were shot in Nottingham has been sentenced to 12 months detention.
The same 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was also sentenced for robbing three boys in December last year.
Nottinghamshire Police said the boy was arrested in February after he and another offender followed three boys as they left a restaurant in Mapperley.
He waved a machete towards them and stole a small amount of cash before running off.
On 4 June, the same boy was stopped by armed officers after he was seen near the scene of a shooting in St Ann's Well Road.
Police said they saw him running from the scene and later hiding behind a wall.
He told officers he'd armed himself with a knife from home and went to the area to help his friend who'd called him to say he'd been shot.
Officers found a knife in a sheath on the floor next to the wall.
He was sentenced to 12 months in a young offenders’ institute at Nottingham Youth Court yesterday and ordered to pay £250 compensation.
