The result at Boston and Skegness is expected to be announced within the next hour:
Labour's Melanie Onn and Conservative Jo Gideon have both increased their share of the vote in Great Grimsby at the expense of Ukip's Mike Hookem, who polled 1,648 votes, a fall of 20.3% from the last election.
Ukip leader Paul Nuttall - who is standing in the Boston and Skegness constituency- says Theresa May has put Brexit in jeopardy, if the exit poll by the BBC, ITV and Sky News is correct.
Labour's Melanie Onn has been re-elected in Great Grimsby with 17,545 votes.
In line with the increased security following the London and Manchester terrorist attacks armed police officers are at the count in Boston and Skegness.

Labour's Jim Clarke says "we are in it to win it".
Mr Clarke, who is standing in Sleaford and North Hykeham, would need to overturn a 14,000 Conservative majority to take the seat.

In a trend that seems to be mirrored in a lot of constituencies, the voter turnout in Great Grimsby has gone up significantly.
North East Lincolnshire Council say it is 67%, up from 57% in 2015.
Labour's Melanie Onn is defending the seat with a majority of 4,540.
The ballot boxes are in at the Drill Hall in Lincoln.
Conservative Karl McCartney is defending a majority of just over 1,400.
Labour, who came second last time round, have it as down as a target seat.
