Bosses at Gainsborough's Marshall's Yard say they are doing better than expected during the coronavirus pandemic, but are down compared to normal at this time of year.
Shops re-opened across England last week following the end of the latest lockdown.
Alison Shipperbottom, from the centre, says businesses there have done better than those in big cities.
Quote MessageWe are seeing people come from further afield and I think that's because we're an outdoor centre, because people know that we're perhaps not going to be as busy as the city centres. I think some are still being very careful, some are coming out, but maybe some are coming from further afield that haven't been to the centre before or haven't been for a while."

An 84-year-old retired NHS worker is the first person in Lincolnshire to get the new Covid-19 vaccine.
Janet Judson, from Lincoln, received the coronavirus jab this morning at Lincoln County Hospital.
She said: “I’m so grateful to have been asked to have it. It’ll make a real difference, actually. It will give me a chance for a few more years hopefully.”
Lead nurse Leanne Belton said it was an “absolute honour” to give Mrs Judson the vaccine.
United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust (ULHT) is one of the first 50 hubs across England to begin the mass vaccination programme after it was approved by regulators last week.
The UK is the first country in the world to offer the Pfizer jab.
ULHT chief executive Andrew Morgan said: “This is a really important day for the NHS. It is the start of the biggest roll-out of a vaccination programme this country has ever seen and I think it is a turning point in our collective fight against the pandemic."
The first person in the UK to get the vaccine was 90-year-old Margaret Keenan. She was followed shortly by 81-year-old William Shakespeare.
Quote MessageWe are absolutely delighted that our first patients, our first care home staff and our first members of the NHS family are being vaccinated today. This is clearly a marathon and not a sprint, but we do have to start somewhere and I am delighted that ULHT is one of the first sites to begin the vaccination programme in the country."

Lincolnshire Police has the second worst morale of any police force in the country for the second year in a row, new findings suggest.
In a survey conducted by the Police Federation, which represents rank-and-file police officers, 87% of Lincolnshire Police officers who responded said morale was low.
Branch Secretary Insp Barry Steele says management at the force had failed to make substantial improvements in 12 months.
"This is the second year our members have returned this position via this survey.
"The force reaction to it 12 months ago just lacked any credible energy or drive to understand the issues and tackle it, and that's why it's so disappointing."
In a statement, Ch Con Bill Skelly says the physical and mental health of officers continues to be a priority, and that the force has introduced several wellbeing initiatives.
He adds that being the lowest-funded force in the country is having a considerable impact on staff.
A motorist whose car veered off an icy stretch of road in Lincolnshire and ended up upside-down in a ditch full of freezing cold water has thanked emergency services who he says helped save his life.
They were called to Cherry Holt Lane in Pinchbeck early yesterday morning to reports of an overturned vehicle with a man trapped inside.
PC Phil Mcallister was one of the officers who arrived on scene.
Concerned for the man's safety, PC Mcallister took the decision to jump into the 12ft-deep ditch to free motorist Dave Anthony from his vehicle.
He was able to keep Mr Anthony’s head above water, despite the freezing temperatures.
Mr Anthony was treated by paramedics on scene but wasn't injured.
Quote MessageI’d like to say a very, very big thank you and that my family and I appreciate everyone’s efforts today. I would have been a goner if PC Mcallister hadn’t jumped in to get me out. He was brilliant and I think he deserves a commendation for what he did today."
