    Detectives have released an image of a man they would like to speak with in connection with an allegation of sexual assault on Regent Street.

    Police say on Monday 26 November, at about 09:00 GMT, a 35-year-old woman had just left Oxford Circus Tube station where she claimed she was assaulted by a man as he walked by her.

    The victim challenged the man and took an image before the man ran off down John Princes Street.

    Officers have released the image in a bid to trace him.

    This morning looks set to be cloudy at first with a few showers around. By mid-morning, skies will brighten significantly from the west, leading to a mainly sunny afternoon with just the risk of the odd isolated shower.

    By this evening, skies will be clear, but gradually clouding over from the west again with the risk of some showers, these most likely towards dawn on Thursday.

    It should stay breezy through the night.

    The London Overground is currently part suspended after a derailment of a freight train at Edmonton Green.

    Transport for London say this means there is currently no service between Seven Sisters and Cheshunt and Enfield Town.

    It has also resulted in severe delays on the Overground between Seven Sisters and Liverpool Street.

    Following a faulty train at New Cross, there is also minor delays between Highbury & Islington and Clapham Junction, Crystal Palace and West Croydon.

    A new Cornish gig rowing club has opened in London to celebrate the sport.

    The London Cornish Pilot gig club at Richmond upon Thames is a first for the English capital.

    Cornish gig rowing is a growing sport and has lead to a resurgence in traditional boat building skills.

    It is hoped the club will help Cornish ex-pats living in London to feel more at home.

    A former HSBC executive behind a new online bank said it had been easier to launch in Wrexham than London.

    Andy Mielczarek, co-founder of Chetwood Financial, said "there's a great pool of local talent" in Wrexham and London was oversaturated.

    Mr Mielczarek said he has plans to "double or triple" the workforce "over the next year or two".

    The company, which employs about 50 people, is waiting for confirmation of a licence to hold savings accounts.

    "We're the only person doing anything like this here," Mr Mielczarek said.

    "There's a great pool of local talent, and it's easier, weirdly, for us to find the right kind of people working for us here, than say if we were in London.

    "I think there's a saturation of those kind of businesses in London that gives us an advantage here."

    The Tottenham fan who threw a banana skin during the north London derby at Arsenal has been banned from football for four years and fined.

    The banana skin was thrown from the away end when Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored for the Gunners,who won 4-2.

    Averof Panteli, 57, admitted throwing it but denied there was a racial element to his action.

    But court ruled: "It was a targeted gesture to throw a banana skin after a goal was scored by a black player."

    Magistrate Mervyn Mandell added: "We have in the circumstances found the racial element was there."

    Van driver Panteli was fined £500, which was increased by £100 for the racial element, and told to pay £135 in costs.
