    A teenage boy has been taken to hospital after being stabbed in south-east London.

    Police found the boy, thought to be in his mid-teens, on Lewisham High Street after officers were called at 08:38 GMT.

    The Met said he's been taken to an east London hospital with multiple wounds.

    Local police said the boy's condition is non life-threatening, external, although London Ambulance Service said he was taken to a major trauma centre "as a priority".

    No one has been arrested and inquiries continue, officers added.

    Transport for London is reporting road closures, external on Lewisham High Street, the A20, between Lee High Road and Molesworth Street.

  17. Disruption for Gatwick Airport trains after points failurepublished at 08:13 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January 2019

    A points failure , externalat Gatwick Airport is causing disruption to trains at the station.

    Trains may be cancelled or delayed, Network Rail said.

    Following overnight engineering, a set of points failed between Gatwick Airport and Three Bridges.

    Network Rail signallers are working around this problem, but as more services begin their journeys, delays and congestion will build up, the travel body said.

    Engineers are on site, and attempting to find the cause for this incident.
