    Anne Williams lost her 15-year-old son Kevin in the disaster.

    She died in April 2013 - after the new inquests were ordered, but before they started.

    "With Hope in Their Hearts", a special BBC documentary featuring the role she and her family played in the Hillsborough families' campaign for justice, will be broadcast at 20:30 on the BBC News Channel.

    For those in the North West of England, you can watch it at 22:45 on BBC One.

    A lot of evidence has come to light here and in the [ongoing] police investigation. A lot of work has already been done and the criminal justice system now kicks in. The inquest has done its job and now the criminal justice system takes over.

    The Independent Police Complaints Commission are looking at both organisations and individuals.
