Future teachers for Norfolk are being targeted in southern Europe.
A recruitment drive has started to attract high-flying graduates in maths and sciences from Italy, Portugal, Spain and Greece to come here to train as teachers.
The project is being run by the Suffolk and Norfolk Initial Teacher Training, external and West Suffolk College, external.
